What Is BizWercs?
BizWercs is a non-profit, small business and organization dedicated to solving the big problems that all small businesses face from startup, to growth, and beyond. We are business people helping business people! We can provide the plan for performing an efficient startup and the plans for growth and turn-around. We have over fifty years of experience in operations and administration within both government and civil entities. This includes many topics. We have built successful, complete companies from the ground, up and turned other companies around with massive increases in sales. From basic business organization, through operations, through production, and in accounting and reporting, we have the experience to help guide you to success.
BizWercs is a membership organization. We sell inexpensive subscriptions whereby clients can contact us at any time to gain answers to their questions and problems. And, we sell ala-carte services for those who need us only for special situations. We are also the home of the Bizwercs Roundtable Forum, wherein business people from all over the United States help each other to solve their questions and issues.
As of 2026, the survival rates for small businesses are as follows: 80% last the first year, 70% last the second year, 55% last their fifth year, and only 35% last their tenth year. At BizWercs, we intend to do our part to improve these statistics. We will help small businesses with their questions and help resolve their problems throughout their existence. Rather than hire expensive consultants, we serve small business with reasonable rates and maximum efforts. Yes, we too need funds with which to operate, but we will seek to obtain grants that will allow us to keep our prices as low as possible.

If you are just starting out in business, you likely have a lot of questions. Well then, where do you go for answers? If you want, you can join this site for consulting, and we will be responsible to answer your questions to the best of our ability. Or, you can join our forum, where other members can chime in to answer your questions. In the forum, we might chime in as well, but we will not be obligated to do so. Your choice! You can join either for the period you desire and think that you need.

We will be available to answer questions and provide guidance from the beginning. If we can’t answer your question immediately, we will do the research to determine the alternatives available in your situation and will provide our recommendation along with our reasoning as to why we recommend what we do. We admit that we don’t know everything, but we do know a lot! And there are a lot of topics in which we have experience.
